How do I get a username and password to order online?
It's easy to create an account. Visit www.tundrafmp.com/myAccount to create a Small Business or Individual account or register for a Large Chain, Corporate, or Franchise account today.
What are the benefits to ordering with an online account?
When you create an online account, you'll have easy access to your account and order details, and you'll be the first to find out about special offers and pricing.
What kind of account should I sign up for?
You have a choice between signing up for a Small Business or Individual account or a Large Chain, Corporate, or Franchise account. Small Business or Individual accounts are tailored for personal use, single-location restaurants, and sole proprietorships. Large chain, Corporate, or Franchise accounts are created for restaurants with multiple locations and large businesses (100+ employees).
What is the difference between a Small Business or Individual account and a Large Chain, Corporate, or Franchise account?
The account you create is dependent upon your needs as a customer. You are free to create a Small Business or Individual account at your discretion, but you must go through a registration process to receive a Large Chain, Corporate, or Franchise account. Each account has unique features developed to make shopping more convenient for these different customers.
How do I set up an open terms account?
An open terms account gives you more flexibility. Fill out our credit application, then email or fax it back to us, and we'll let you know your approval status within two business days.
What if I forget my password?
Don't worry, you can reset it here. If you're still having trouble, reach out, and we'll reset it for you.
How do I edit my account information?
As long as you're logged in, you can always edit your account information from My Account. You'll find it at the top of any page.
Orders
How can I track my order?
You can view your order status at any time. Your tracking numbers can be found in two places: your invoice email, and in My Account. When you click or tap on a tracking number, you'll be directed to the shipping carrier's website to see the status of your package.
How can I view my order history?
You can see your Order History in My Account.
How do I request a quote for a custom item?
If you can't find the exact item you're looking for on our website, we're happy to source it for you or create something in a custom size. Just contact us.
Is there an order minimum?
TundraFMP has no order minimums, so you can order exactly what you need.
Do you sell any used restaurant equipment?
Our commitment to quality means we do not sell used restaurant equipment. We do, however, occasionally sell returned or refurbished items at deep discounts. Feel free to reach out to our team to find equipment that fits your budget requirements.
How long can I expect to wait on a backorder item?
We can't always predict how long an item will be on backorder. However, you can be sure we will send you the item the same day we receive it. To check in on a specific item, reach out to our team.
What does “Add to Cart pricing” mean?
When you see "Add to Cart pricing" on an item, it means the price will be even lower when you add it to your cart.
Shipping and returns
When will my order ship?
If your items are in stock and you order before 4:00 p.m. ET or 4:30 p.m. MT on a weekday, your order will ship the same day if located at a storage facility in the same timezone.
What are my shipping options?
- Ground: Standard ground shipping for the continental U.S.
- 3 Day Select: Guaranteed by end of third business day
- 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed by end of second business day
- Next Day: Order must be placed by 4:00 p.m. ET or 4:30 p.m. MT (depending on which of our location's it's shipping from), Monday - Friday
- LTL Shipment: For heavy equipment or large orders
- Pick Up at our Mesa, AZ, Houston, TX, or Vernon Hills, IL locations.
Payment
What payment methods does TundraFMP accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also extend credit terms to businesses that qualify. You can fill out a credit application here.
How is sales tax determined?
Online tax rates are determined based on local tax jurisdiction requirements, typically your ship-to address.
How do I set up a tax exempt account?
If a tax-exempt status applies to you, contact us and we'll create your tax exempt account.

How does TundraFMP handle warranties?
All defective items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. TundraFMP will honor all warranties on the products we sell — however, we assume no responsibility for manufacturer warranties. We will work hard to expedite claims made by our customers. Warranty policies are available upon request.
