The JST-36-N has a removable 9 1/2 inch cutting board, 8 standard food pans at 4 inches deep each, a swing door, a coated wire shelf, and a 1/4 hp compressor and the eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. With a 7.5 cubic foot capacity, the Turbo Air 36 inch Sandwich Prep Table (JST-36-N) has plenty of room yet doesn't take up a lot of kitchen space....
