This griddle's stainless steel construction makes it durable and easy to clean, and it comes with a grease drawer so precision cleaning is simple. - Stainless steel front & top rail with aluminized steel rear and sides
- 4 1/2 in (H) rear and side splash guards
- Full width stainless steel grease trough and easy access grease drawer
- Throttling thermostat is adjustable from 150° to 450°F
- A 20,000 BTU U shaped burner is positioned every 12 inches
- Unit is shipped configured for natural gas with a conversion kit to LP gas included
- 3/4 in rear gas connection and universal pressure regulator is supplied
