For a gas fryer with all the extras to make it perform, the Star - 630FF - Star-Max 30 lb Gas Fryer is a great choice. The 630FF has a 30-pound capacity, deep fries up to 65 pounds, and has extras like a nickel-plated kettle, automatic pilot light, safety and snap action thermostat, and a polished stainless steel construction that keeps it easy to clean. It measures 24 inches wide, 25 1/8 inches deep, and 23 3/8 inches high. The Star-Max 30 lb Gas Fryer (630FF) is CSA and NSF-listed.

- Snap-action thermostat ranges from 200°F to 375°F
- Safety valve, pilot control and high limit safety thermostat
- Provided with (2) large nickel plated steel mesh side hanging baskets (8 3/4 in (W) x 5 1/4 in (Depth) x 10 (L))
- 4 in high die cast legs with a 1 3/8 in adjustment
- 1/2 in N.P.T. female connection
- Pre-heats to 350°F in 12 minutes and will fry approximately 65 lbs of fries per hour
