- Nickel plated steel kettle has a copper plated bottom and 1/4 turn front access drain valve
- Natural gas (30,000 BTUs) or propane (30,000 BTUs) - PLEASE SPECIFY
- Snap-action thermostat ranges from 200°F to 375°F
- Safety valve, pilot control and high limit safety thermostat
- Provided with (2) large nickel plated steel mesh side hanging baskets (4 in (W) x 4 3/4 in (Depth) x 11 in (L))
- 4 in high die cast legs with a 1 3/8 in adjustment
- 3/8 in N.P.T. female connection (adapter required if using 1/2 in gas hose)
- Pre-heats to 350°F in 14 minutes and will fry approximately 28 lbs of fries per hour

- 2 year parts and labor warranty
