- Dispenses from a 1 1/2 gallon Cryovac® pouch with 16 mm fitment
- Features a surgical-quality plastic pump that achieve up to 98% evacuation of smooth condiments such as ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise
- Pump easily breaks down and parts are dishwasher safe
- Stainless steel shroud with lid has brushed finish and is designed for countertop use
- Pump connector pierces pouch fitment creating a sealed system
- Portion size is 1 oz but can be reduced in 1/4 oz increments
- Pump is also ADA compliant at 1/2 oz and 1/4 oz portions, requiring less that 5 lbs of pressure to dispense
