The Pitco - SSH55RSSTC - Solstice Supreme High Production 50 lb Gas Fryer has a 14 x 14 inch cooking area that gives employees ample room to work without feeling cramped. The SSH55RSSTC is an NSF-listed, ENERGY STAR®-certified model that is available with either two twin frying baskets or one full frying basket. Additionally, the Pitco Solstice Supreme High Production 50 lb Gas Fryer (SSH55RSSTC) has adjustable legs, making it easy for workers to use it at a comfortable height.
