Imperial’s commercial gas deep fryer is adjustable from 200 to 400 degrees, utilizes cast iron burners, a stainless steel exterior, and six-inch legs for full structural support. Its burners are made of heavy gauge metal that heats the oil quickly to prevent absorption in the food.
