For a hot plate with plenty of power, the Globe - GHP36G - 36 inch Gas Hot Plate has 132,000 BTUs and six burners in a stainless steel construction for a multitude of dishes that can be cooked. The GHP36G has all metal knobs, cast iron burner grates, and 4 inch stainless steel legs. Measuring at 36 inches wide, 33 inches deep, and 13 1/3 inches high, the Globe 36 inch Gas Hot Plate (GHP36G) is ETL listed and comes with a 3/4 inch gas connection.
