The Frymaster 40 lb Stainless and Enamel Gas Fryer (MJ35-SD) offers a 40-pound oil capacity, making it perfect for cooking large amounts of foods in a hurry. It has an open pot design, which allows for hand cleaning. The Frymaster - MJ35-SD - 40 lb Stainless and Enamel Gas Fryer can be used to cook appetizers, sides, entrees, and even desserts. It comes with two fry baskets, and when used as a fry vat, it can cook up to 57 pounds of French fries in a single hour.
