Each 9 inch plate is constructed of white epoxy coated stainless steel that is extremely easy to clean and the body is coated with FDA approved baked epoxy finish. Other standard features include rubber footpads for sturdy scratch free use, an oversized footed plastic scoop, a counterweight and full set of measuring weights (1lb, 2 lb, 4 lb, and 8 lb).
