This Dean - GF40-SD - 50 lb Standard Open Pot Gas Fryer has a sleek stainless steel construction and an open-pot design that makes for easy cleaning. With a 40 to 50 lb. shortening capacity, a snap-action thermostat and a large cold zone to catch sediment, the Standard Open Pot Gas Fryer (GF40-SD) is easy for your staff to use and control while cooking. The Dean 50 lb Standard Open Pot Gas Fryer (GF40-SD) also features 6-inch adjustable legs and a master jet burner heat-transfer system.
