Description
Designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time, these griddles can also be converted easily to charbroilers. This versatility makes them an ideal choice for resorts, country clubs, caterers and service clubs.

- Griddles are 5/16" cold rolled steel with stainless steel splash guards and removable stainless steel grease tray
- Easily converts to charbroiler with available cooking grates

- (2) independent gas systems allowing utilization of (2) 20 lb gas cylinders that are attached by holders on the back of unit
- Two-stage regulator and hose
