The Globe 60 Qt Floor Mixer (SP60) is an NSF-certified, electric-powered planetary mixer that has three speeds for incredible mixing power. A hand lever makes it easy to raise and lower the bowl, and an interlock system turns the mixer off when the bowl is lowered for safe operation. This mixer comes with a 60-quart stainless steel bowl and a bowl guard with an ingredient chute so it's ready out of the box.
